高强度双相钢拉伸应变与弹性恢复量关系的研究

摘要 高强度双相钢(DP钢)冲压成形的主要缺陷是回弹,改变材料的塑性应变能控制变形的弹性恢复量。通过单向拉伸试验获得了材料力学性能参数;在不同的拉伸应变下,测量了卸载后的拉伸试样长度,获得了不同应变下的DP钢塑性变形量、弹性恢复量。结果表明,在一定的应变下,随着拉伸应变的增大,DP钢材料的弹性恢复也增大。 The main defect is springhack during high strength dual-phase steel stamping forming. The elastic recovery can be controlled by changing material plastic strain. The mechanical properties of the materials were obtained by uniaxial tensile test. The length of tensile test specimens was measured after unloading under different tensile swain.The plastic deformation and elastic recovery of DP steel under different strain were obtained. The results show that, with the increase of the tensile strain, the elastic recovery of DP steel is also increased under a certain strain.
