摘要
差厚拼焊板的模面及坯料与等厚拼焊板及普通钢板的成形有明显的差异。本文依据差厚拼焊板实际成形过程,提出了通过拼焊材料的厚度对比,对坯料网格进行了相应的偏置以适应差厚拼焊板单面平齐的特点。同时提出对模具阶梯型面进行精确计算,获取型面阶梯曲线后在相应的仿真模型中构建精确的模具网格型面。焊缝偏移与回弹的试验结果表明,提出的建模方法能有效地提高仿真精度。
There is obvious difference between the die surface and the blank of the differential thickness tailor welded blank and the forming of the equal thickness tailor welded plate and the common steel plate. According to the actual forming process of tailor welded blank with different thickness, it was put forward that the blank grid was offset by the thickness contrast of the welding material to adapt to the characteristics of the single side alignment of the differential thickness tailor welded blank. At the same time, the precise calculation of the die step surface was proposed. Construction of accurate die grid surface in the corresponding simulation model was established after obtaining the step curve of the model. The test results of 'the offset and springback of the weld seam show that the proposed modeling method can effectively improve the simulation precision.
