摘要
研究了急冷快淬制备工艺对Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金微观组织与熔化特性的影响。结果表明:急冷快淬工艺能够显著改善Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金的成分偏析并细化组织,合金中的富Ag相以极细小颗粒状分布于共晶区域的Sn基体中;在急冷态Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag合金熔化过程中,富Ag相的析出与反应相变导致合金熔化区间的变化不明显。
The influence of rapid quenching process on microstructure and melting characteristics of Sn-9Zn-0,5Ag solder was investigated. The results show that the rapid quenching process obviously refines the solidification structure and improves the composition segregation of Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag alloy. The Ag-rich phase is distributed in the Sn matrix of eutectic area as fine particles. The precipitation of Ag and the reaction phase transition in the melting process of rapid solidified Sn-9Zn-0.5Ag alloy result in not obvious melting range change of the alloy.
