摘要 高效化焊接技术是当前焊接领域研究热点。本文针对新能源风力发电塔架采用Q345E-Z35低合金高强度结构钢,使用X型坡口、GMAW打底焊、SAW填充焊的工艺进行了试验及焊接接头的力学性能测试和分析。结果表明,焊接过程中采取必要的工艺措施能防止焊接冷裂纹的产生,同时新工艺有无碳弧气刨清根工序(高效),力学性能满足工况使用要求,为同类海上风电单机5 MW塔架厚板焊接技术提供了参考。 The high efficiency welding technique is currently a hot research area in the welding field. The X type groove, GMAW backing welding and SAW filler welding were used for Q345E-Z35 high strength low alloy structural steel of the new energy wind power generation tower and the mechanical properties and hardness of welded joint were carried out. The results show that necessary measures can be taken to prevent cold cracking during welding process. The new process has no carbon arc air gouging process, and the mechanical properties can meet the working requirements. It provides technical reference for thick plate welding of similar offshore wind power unit 5 MW tower.
