摘要
领导风格在促进企业信息系统成功方面扮演了重要角色,而已有的研究大多关注于领导风格对信息系统成功的直接影响,忽略了两者之间的中介作用机制。基于战略协同的理论视角,构建了变革型的领导风格对信息系统消化吸收的作用机理模型。实证研究表明,变革型的领导行为特质如战略使命感、鼓舞性激励能够显著促进信息系统战略与业务战略的协同一致,而信息系统与业务战略的协同能够进一步促进信息系统在企业内部的消化吸收。实证研究同时表明,环境不确定性是战略协同和信息系统消化吸收之间的关键调节变量,在动态的外部环境下,信息系统与业务战略的协同更有利于信息系统的消化吸收。
Senior leadership style plays a significant role in fostering enterprise information systems (EIS) success. However, most of the literature focuses on the direct influence of leadership style on EIS success, while ignoring the mediating mechanism between the two constructs. Drawing from upper echelons theory and strategy alignment perspective, we establish a theoretical model that integrates transformational leadership style, IS-business strategy alignment, environmental uncertainty and EIS assimilation. The empirical study suggests that transformational leadership traits such as strategic mission and inspirational motivation significantly facilitates the alignment between IS and business strategies, which in turn promotes EIS assimilation. We also find that environmental uncertainty is a significant moderator between IS-business strategy alignment and EIS assimilation, and the relationship between the two constructs is stronger when environmental uncertainty is higher.
