两种反渗透膜污染的清洗

Cleaning of two kinds of revese osmosis membrane fouling

本文在对污染物进行简单分析的基础上,选择了一种碱性清洗剂、一种高pH的氧化剂、一种酸性清洗剂以及一种有机溶剂(乙醇)对两个反渗透系统中的的污染反渗透膜元件进行了清洗实验。清洗结果表明,某化妆品企业中水回用反渗透系统A中的膜元件,用30%乙醇清洗40min能较好的恢复污染膜元件通量;某电厂以黄河水为水源的反渗透系统B中的膜元件,则用0.3%NaClO和0.1%NaOH复配而成的清洗液清洗1h后,通量能恢复效果较好。

Four cleaners（ a caustic cleaner, an oxidant with high pH, an acid cleaner and an organic solvent） was selected to clean the fouled membranes from two different RO systems based on the analysis of foulants. The results of cleaning experiments indicated that cleaning with organic solvent （30% ethanol） for 40min can recover the flux of fouled membrane water reuse system in a cosmetics manufacturing enterprises organic matters from system B which supplied boiled water from RO system A which is a intermediate , while the membrane mostly fouled by infor a power plant could be cleaned by a composite cleaner contained 0.3 % NaC10 and 0. 1% NaOH for an hour.
