摘要
浦东金融广场T3塔楼采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒的结构体系,用悬挂结构体系实现顶部立面收进,以满足下部结构的净高及建筑室内空间需求。通过对结构不规则情况以及转换斜杆上端传力路径分析,提出有针对性的加强措施。结合钢结构的施工安装顺序,对悬挂结构进行施工模拟分析。针对该工程结构总高度不高、侧向刚度主要由核心筒剪力墙提供的情况,框架柱采用Q460高强度钢材,既提高了项目的经济性,也实现了一定的节材、节能效果,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Steel frame-reinforced concrete core-wall structure was applied to Tower 3 of Pudong Financial Plaza.Suspended structure system was used in the top floors to create reentrant corner,so that the demands for clear height of architecture in the lower floors could be satisfied. Some pertinence measures were proposed according to irregularity of the structure and loading paths of transfer slant rod. The construction simulation analysis for suspended structure system was made. The Lateral stiffness of Tower 3 was provided by the core tube. The frame columns were constructed of Q460,which could save metal material and energy,and improve economic and social benefits.
