装配式方钢管柱座节点竖向受力性能影响因素分析 被引量:1

THE STRESS PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PREFABRICATED SQUARE STEEL TUBE COLUMN-BASE JOINT UNDER VERTICAL LOADS

摘要 基于装配式建筑采用的方钢管钢柱与板块连接节点即柱座节点的重要性,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立该节点的数值模型,分析法兰板厚度、螺栓孔直径大小、高强螺栓预紧力和高强螺栓型号4个影响因素对柱座节点竖向荷载-位移曲线、钢柱法兰板螺栓孔壁应力、钢梁法兰板螺栓孔壁应力和高强螺栓滑移量的影响。由分析可知:法兰板厚度对柱座节点的竖向受力性能影响较大;螺栓孔直径大小对柱座节点的极限位移、延性系数和钢柱法兰板螺栓孔壁应力影响较大;高强螺栓预紧力对钢柱法兰板螺栓孔壁应力和高强螺栓滑移量影响较大;高强螺栓型号对柱座节点的屈服位移、屈服承载力、极限位移、延性系数、钢柱法兰板螺栓孔壁应力和高强螺栓滑移量均有较大的影响。 Based on the importance of square steel tube column-base joint used by fabricated structure to connect steel column and plate,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a numerical model and analyze the four influence factors that are the flange plate thickness,bolt hole diameter,the pre-tightening force of high-strength bolt and high-strength bolt type on the vertical load-displacement curve,the stress of steel column flange plate bolt hole,the stress of beam flange plate bolt hole and high-strength bolt slippage. The results showed that the flange plate thickness had a greater influence on the vertical stress performance of structure column joint; the diameter of bolt hole had a greater influence on the performance of structure column joint such as the ultimate displacement,ductility factor and the stress of steel column flange plate bolt hole; high strength bolt pre-tightening force had a greater influence on the stress of steel column flange plate bolt hole and the high-strength bolt slippage; high-strength bolt type had a greater influence on the performance of column joint such as the yield displacement,the yield capacity,the ultimate displacement,ductility factor,the stress of steel column flange plate bolt hole and the high-strength bolt slippage.
