摘要
目的探讨复发性口腔溃疡患者血清中血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法选择我院2014年5月至2015年10月间治疗的100例复发性口腔溃疡患者纳入观察组,并选择同期100例健康体检者纳入对照组,比较两组受检者血清TNF-α、IL-2水平及T淋巴细胞亚群水平(包括CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+)的差异。结果观察组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-2水平分别为(15.58±3.76)pg/m L、(36.84±5.89)pg/m L,均明显高于对照组的(11.16±3.54)pg/m L、(22.87±5.27)pg/m L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+分别为(67.29±8.25)%、(31.58±5.76)%、(1.17±0.29),均明显低于对照组的(71.26±6.91)%、(35.16±5.54)%、(1.26±0.26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组受检者的CD8^+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡的发病与细胞免疫功能紊乱有关,通过测定患者血清TNF-α、IL-2含量可反映患者免疫功能状态,有利于患者预后的判断。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-2(IL-2) and T lymphocytes in patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Methods A total of 100 patients with ROU who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to Oct. 2015 were included into the observation group, and 100 cases of healthy people were enrolled in the control group. The differences of TNF-α, IL-2 and T lymphocyte subsets level(including CD3~+, CD4~+, CD8~+, CD4~+/CD8~+) were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-2 in the observation group were respectively(15.58 ± 3.76) pg/m L,(36.84 ± 5.89) pg/m L, which were significantly higher than those in the control group of(11.16±3.54) pg/m L,(22.87±5.27) pg/m L, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The CD3~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+in the observation group were respectively(67.29±8.25)%,(31.58±5.76)%,(1.17±0.29), which were significantly lower than those in the control group of(71.26±6.91)%,(35.16±5.54)%,(1.26±0.26), and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). There were no significant difference in the level of CD8~+between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The incidence of ROU is related to the disorder of cellular immune function, and measuring the patient's serum TNF-α, IL-2 content can reflect the immune function of patients,which is conducive to judge the prognosis.
