手术治疗海马硬化型颞叶癫痫26例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨手术对海马硬化型颞叶癫痫患者的癫痫发作和认知功能影响。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2014年12月期间在我院神经外科手术治疗的26例海马硬化型颞叶癫痫患者的癫痫发作和认知功能资料。结果 26例患者术后Enge1Ⅰ级20例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级2例;Mo CA总评分(28.15±2.15)分,好于术前的(24.87±1.24)分,Enge1Ⅰ级患者的总评分(29.15±2.33)分,优于其他患者的(26.32±1.49)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗海马硬化型颞叶癫痫有助于控制癫痫发作和改善认知功能。
