重点线性工程建设用地中存在的问题及对策——以山东省日照市为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction Land of Key Linear Engineering——A Case Study of Rizhao City in Shandong Province

重点线性工程的建设用地一直以来是矛盾集中地所在,一方面,此类用地征收关系着国家重点工程项目的进展,另一方面,建设用地的征收又会对被征收农民的利益产生一定影响。以山东省日照市为例,对该市重点线性工程建设用地存在的相关问题和对策展开了深入研究,以期为处理好建设用地征收和协调多方利益关系提供参考意见。

The construction land of key linear engineering is the contradictory centralized place, on the one hand, this kind of land is bound up with the progress of the national key project,on the other hand,construction land expropriation will affect the benefit of farmers. A ease study of Rizhao city in Shandong province in this paper, discussing the problems existing in national key linear project construction land expropriation and their solution methods, in order to provide the reference to deal with the relationship between construction land expropriation and multi-stake holder relations.
