浅谈老年公寓的设计——以光熙国际康复老年公寓为例

Design of Apartment for the Elderly——A Case Study of Guangxi International Rehabilitation Apartment for the Elderly

老年公寓的存在既能给老年人提供互相交流、娱乐、学习的空间,又能满足自助(自理)老年人、特别是介助(半失能)老人和介护(失能)老人的特定需要。基于对光熙国际康复老年公寓实际项目的考察,以新型老年公寓为研究对象,简单分析了老年公寓的发展现状和建设模式与特征,力求探索老龄化发展背景下的新型老年公寓的建设及其设计思路和方法。

The existence o fthe eldedy apartment can not only provide the elderly with space for communication, entertainment and study, but alsomeetthespecialneedsoftheelderly （self-care）,espeeiallytheelderly （disabled） and nursing （disabled） . This paper is based on the actual project of Guangxi international rehabilitation apartment for the elderly. It analyzes the present situation, construction mode and characteristics of the elderly apartment in order to explore the construction of the new apartment under the background of aging development. And its design ideas and methods.
