建设工程项目管理包括从项目立项的决策阶段、实施阶段、运营阶段的全寿命周期的管理,其内涵是:自项目开始至项目完成,通过项目策划和项目控制,使各项目标(成本、质量、安全、进度等)得以实现。论文主要介绍针对市政管道(给排水、采暖、燃气)工程在项目实施阶段即施工阶段的质量、安全、进度目标进行管理控制的措施和方法。
