数控铣床主轴碟形弹簧失效的分析研究

摘要 碟形弹簧在数控铣床主轴刀柄自动拉紧机构中应用十分广泛,具有行程短、负荷重、所需空间小、维修换装容易、安全性高等特点,是主轴正常运转的重要保证。论文介绍了数控铣床主轴刀柄拉紧机构原理,通过研究蝶形弹簧的特点及结构形式,分析其失效原因,并提出蝶形弹簧在安装中注意的问题,以供参考。 The disk spring is widely used in CNC milling machine spindle handle automatic tensioning mechanism, it has short trip.heavy load, occupied a little space, maintenance equipment easily and high security features, and it is an important guarantee for normal operation of the main shalt. This paper introduces the principle of CNC milling machine spindle handle automatic tensioning mechanism, researches the character and structure form disk spring of disk spring, analyzing its failure reason, and puts forward the notes need to be attention in the install progress, in order to provide a reference to others.
