摘要
从程序制定及其质量管控视角,阐述核电厂典型程序格式及编制规范、流程图绘制方法,为核电厂制定高质量的程序文件提供指导,推动核电厂程序管理的标准化建设。
This paper introduces the representative procedure format and the procedure preparation criterion and drawing method of the flow chart based on the view of program formulation and quality controlling ,in order to provide the high quality program file to nuclear power plant, improving the standardized construction of nuclear power plant program management.
