经筋透刺结合闪罐耳针治疗面瘫38例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Meridional Muscle Penetration Needling Combined with Twinkling Cupping and Ear Acupuncture for 38 cases of Facial Paralysis Patients

目的:探寻治疗面瘫的有效治疗方法。方法:将76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例,治疗组采用经筋透刺结合闪罐耳针治疗,对照组仅采用普通针刺治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:通过对比观察发现,经筋透刺结合闪罐耳针治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组有效率为89.47%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:经筋透刺结合闪罐耳针治疗面瘫效果显著,值得推广。

Objective： To explore an effective treatment for facial paralysis. Methods： 76 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）, the treatment group treated by meridional muscle penetration needling combined with twinkling cupping and ear acupuncture, while control group only by conventional acupuncture therapy, compared the efficacy of two groups. Results： Through the paired observation, the overall response rate of treatment group which treated by meridional muscle penetration needling combined with twinkling cupping and ear acupuncture was 100%, while control group was 89.47%. The efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion： The treatment of meridional muscle penetration needling combined with twinkling cupping and ear acupuncture has a significant curative effect on facial paralysis, which deserves promotion.
