心理护理路径在股骨颈骨折患者围术期中的应用

The Application of Psychological Nursing Path in Perioperative Period of Femoral Neck Fracture Patients

目的:探讨心理护理路径在股骨颈骨折加压内固定术患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将150例拟行股骨颈骨折加压内固定术的患者随机分为干预组和对照组各75例,对照组采用常规骨科护理,干预组则在常规护理基础上应用心理护理路径,观察两组患者心理状况。结果:干预组HADS-焦虑、HADS-抑郁评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理路径可明显减轻股骨颈骨折加压内固定术患者的心理负担。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing path in the perioperative period of compression internal fixation for femoral neck fracture patients. Methods： 150 cases of patients who were going to receive compression internal fixation for femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into intervention group （75 cases） and control group （75 cases）, the control group used conventional orthopedics nursing, while intervention group used psychological nursing path on the basis of conventional nursing, observed the psychologic status of two groups. Resuits： The improvement of HADS-anxiety and HADS-depression scores of intervention group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing path can significantly relieve the psychological burden of patients who receive compression intemal fixation for femoral neck fracture.
