摘要
以对硝基苯甲醛和4-硝基邻苯二胺为原料,通过关环及氢化还原反应制得高纯度2-(4-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并咪唑盐酸盐(APBIA·2HCl)。利用原位聚合法成功制备了PBO/APBIA共聚物,并用干喷湿纺法对共聚物进行了纺制。用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),广角X射线衍射(WAXD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM)对PBO/APBIA复合纤维进行了表征。测试结果表明,PBO/APBIA复合纤维与相同条件下制备的PBO纤维相比,拉伸模量提高了19.4%,拉伸强度提高了30.3%。
The APBIA·2HCl was prepared by means of ringclosure condensation and hydrogenation reduction from 4-nitrobenzaldehyde and 4- nitro-1,2-phenylenediamine. The poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) based composites with poly 2-(4-aminophenyl)-lH-benzimidazol-5-amine were prepared via an in-situ polymerization; And then the PBO/APBIA copolymer fibers were fabricated by using a dry-jet wet-spinning technique. The PBO/APBIA copolymer fibers were characterized by FT-IR, WAXD, SEM and AFM respectively. The result showed that the tensile modulus of PBO/APBIA copolymer fibers was about 19.4% higher than that of the PBO fibers, and the tensile strength increased by 30.3%.
