交联壳聚糖与聚合铝复合絮凝剂的制备及铝形态分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对无机-天然有机高分子复合型絮凝剂中比较新颖,研究相对较少的壳聚糖季胺盐与聚合铝的复配工艺和废水处理效果进行了研究,利用正交实验法和模拟净水试验探索该复合絮凝剂的最佳制备工艺,并对制得的复合絮凝剂进行铝形态分析。结果表明其最佳制备条件为:HACC/PAC配比为3∶7,加热温度45℃,搅拌时间35~45min之间,溶液p H值为5.5。对不同药剂处理后水中残留铝离子测定发现复合后的絮凝剂中铝形态发生了明显变化,对比纯PAC中的Ala,Alb浓度,复合絮凝剂中Ala,Alb浓度明显降低,最佳工艺条件下制备的复合絮凝剂处理后水中的残留铝离子含量比单一PAC处理后的要低43.7%。 The compounding technology and effect on wastewater treatment of ehitosan quaternary ammonium salt and polymeric aluminum is studied which is a novel inorganic-natural organic polymer composite flocculant. The optimal preparation technology is investigated with orthogonal experiment and simulated water purification test, and the aluminum form analysis of prepared composite flocculant is carried out. The results show that the optimum conditions for preparation are as follows: the HACC/PAC ratio is 3:7, the heating temperature is 45℃, the stirring time is between 35 45min, the pH value of solution is 5.5. After the determination of residual aluminum ion in water which is treated by different reagents, it is found that the aluminum form in flocculant has changed obviously, compared with the concentration of Ala and Alb in pure PAC, the ones in composite flocculant declines obviously, under the optimal preparation technical conditions, the residual aluminum ion in water after treated by composite floceulant lowers by 43.7%than the one treated by single PAC.
