摘要 通过研究聚乙二醇(PEG)20000相对分子质量的产品合成工艺,探索了PEG20000的合成工艺条件。结果如下,反应物乙二醇和环氧乙烷的物质的量比为1∶465,催化剂的用量为乙二醇物质的量的0.14~0.15。催化剂为复配型催化剂,其中Ca AC2与KOH的物质的量比为1∶1。整个合成反应分为三步进行:第一步主要是合成PEG600中间体,第二步是合成PEG4000中间体,第三步是合成PEG20000。控制反应温度与压力分别为130~140℃和小于0.4MPa,能得到数均相对分子质量为20000的聚乙二醇产品。 The synthesis process of polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 20000 was studied, and the synthesis conditions of polyethylene glycol 20000 were explored. The results were as follows: the molar ratio of ethylene glycol to ethylene oxide was 1:465, the amount of catalyst was 0.14-0.15 of ethylene glycol. The catalyst was a composite catalyst, in which the molar ratio of CaAC2 to KOH was 1:1. The synthetic reaction was divided into three steps: the first step was the synthesis of intermediate polyethylene glycol 600, the second step was the synthesis of intermediates polyethylene glycol 4000 and the third step was the synthesis of polyethylene glycol 20000. The reaction temperature and pressure were 130-140℃ and less than 0.4MPa respectively, under these conditions, the polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight 20000 could be obtained.
