摘要
本文主要介绍中华蟾蜍Bufo gargarizans Cantor在安徽淮北地区的人工养殖技术,通过在实验室玻璃饲养缸中的养殖实验,确定对养殖条件的控制和人工管理技术。实验主要通过人工干预管理,模拟蟾蜍野外水陆环境,监控水质、温度、湿度等,引入增氧系统的设计和天敌防护措施;在食性驯化方面,保证食物的多样化,设计并优化饲喂条件,确定合理配方,为下一步野外人工放养奠定了一定基础。
This paper mainly introduces the artificial breeding technology of toad( Bufo gargarizans Cantor)in Huaibei region of Anhui province. Through the cultivation experiment in the glass cylinder of laboratory, the control of the farming conditions and artificial management technology were established. The experiment simulated the imitations of the toads" natural habitat by manual intervention, including the control of water quality, temperature, humidity, adding oxygen and the protection measures from predators. To ensure the food diversity, we designed experiments to find the best feeding condition and reasonable formula. The study laid a foundation for the next step in the field of artificial stocking.
