苦参碱注射液对肝癌术后患者血清Egfl7、AFP及OPN变化影响的研究

Study on Effects of Matrine Injection(苦参碱注射液)on Serum Egf17,AFP and OPN Changes in Postoperative Liver Cancer Patients

目的:探讨苦参碱注射液对肝癌术后患者血清Egfl7(类表皮生长因子域7)、AFP(甲胎蛋白)及OPN(骨桥蛋白)变化的影响。方法:收集行肝癌切除术患者102例,随机分为2组,观察组与对照组各51例。2组患者均根据病情采用肝癌根治性切除术,术后均给予常规保肝、抑酸、抗感染、止痛等对症支持治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予以苦参碱注射液15 m L加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L中静脉滴注,每天1次,2组患者均治疗1个月。手术前、手术后1个月对2组患者进行VRS疼痛分级评定,采用WHOQOL生存质量测定量表进行生存质量评估;2组患者手术前、手术后7 d、术后1个月用ELISA法测定2组患者血清Egfl7、AFP及OPN含量。结果:手术后1个月2组患者VRS疼痛等级均有所下降,生存质量WHOQOL评分均有所提高,与对照组比较,观察组无疼痛人数明显增多、生存质量评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后7 d及1个月2组患者血清Egfl7、AFP及OPN均有所下降,与对照组比较,观察组下降均更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参碱注射液可以调节肝癌术后患者血清Egfl7、AFP及OPN水平,改善患者的生存质量,对降低患者肝癌术后复发转移率具有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the effects of Matrine Injection on serum Fgfl7,AFP and OPN levels in postoperative liver cancer patients. Methods ：102 Cases after resection of liver cancer were divided into observa- tion and control groups, each with 51 cases. Control group was given routine support treatment such as liver pro- tection, anti -infection, relieve pain, etc. , observation group was given Matrine Injection intravenous infusion on the basis of control group treatment, treatment course was 1 month. Serum Fgfl7 ,AFP and OPN levels were de- termined by ELISA before and aftero peration 7 days , 1 month, pain severity was evaluated by VRS score before and after operation 1 month, life quality was assessed by WHOQOL score. Results ：The pain severity was relieved obviously and WHOQOL score was raised in the two groups after operation 1 month, the effects of observation group were better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum Fgfl7, AFP and OPN levels were decreased sig- nificantly after operation 7 days and 1 month, the effects of observation group were more significant to compare with control, the differences were statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Matrine Injection can regulate serum FgflT, AFP and OPN levels, improve life quality of postoperative liver cancer patients, that was very important for lowering the recurrence and metastasis rate of postoperative liver cancer.
