摘要
MDI作为人造板胶黏剂具有优异的环保、耐水性能,同时,MDI还可作为脲醛胶的改性剂,从而有效提升板材力学性能及生产效率,并且可通过工艺优化有效降低生产成本。MDI可根据制品要求,通过混胶/全施加等多种方式广泛应用于刨花板、纤维板及胶合板的生产制造,笔者通过对万华集团MDI特点的分析,总结出MDI的优势,以期为MDI应用于人造板生产的转型升级提供参考。
MDI has outstanding performances in water resistance and environmental protection as an adhesive.Meanwhile,MDI can be used as a modifier in UF to improve physical properties and production efficiency.Through proper process optimization,the application of MDI can effectively reduce the production cost.According to the requirements of different products,MDI can be used in partieleboard,fiberboard and plywood in different ways,like mixing or fully adding.Through analyzing the characteristics of MDI from the Wanhua Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.,authors of this paper summarize the advantages of MDI,in order to provide references for the transformation and upgrading of MDI application in wood-based panel manufacturing.
