摘要
确定评价的目的、设计类型及下评价结论是公共卫生项目评价工作的3个关键环节，也是评价的独特之处。作者结合项目评价理论，重点阐述了上述3个环节，以及指出了常见误区，希望对结核病控制工作者有所帮助。
Definiteness the purpose and design type of evaluation, as well as drawing the conclusion are the three key steps and characteristics of public health program evaluation. This review aimed to explain the above three steps and point out common errors in practice, hoping useful to tuberculosis control workers.
