摘要
临床实习是医学教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。结合5年来留学生急诊实习的工作和培训模式,探讨医学留学生急诊实习教育模式与方法。急诊医学是集急、危、重以及综合性强于一体的临床学科,留学生在急诊的实习带教不能照搬国内医学生的培养模式。实行带教老师选择"准入机制"和实行"一教一辅"的教学方式,克服语言障碍使教学的顺利进行,保证教师队伍不断注入新鲜血液;在教学过程中融合病例导入式教学与以问题为导向的教学方法,利用情景模拟教学,激发留学生学习热情,培养急诊临床思维和临床技能;建立完善的回馈机制,不断发现问题和解决问题,促使带教医师队伍的英文带教能力进一步提高和教学质量的提升。随着教学工作的开展,留学生急诊实习教育模式仍需不断充实、改进和提高。
Clinical internship is an essential part of medical education.To summarize the teaching experience of the previous five years and investigate the education methods of overseas students in department of emergency combined with the full English overseas students training mode in Capital Medical University.Emergency medicine is a clinical medicine with disease characteristics of emergency,severity,criticality and comprehensiveness,so clinical teaching is of vital importance and it exerts a direct effect on learning objectives.Implementing teachers select "access mechanism" and "teaching a secondary" way of teaching,overcome the language barrier makes the smooth progress of the teaching to ensure teachers continue to inject new blood;Stimulating students study enthusiasm,train emergency clinical thinking and clinical skills by applying teaching methods such as case based learning and problem based learning and using simulation teaching;Establish and improve the feedback mechanisms,discovering and solving problems,prompting teaching physicians the ability to further improve English teaching and teaching quality improvement.With the development of teaching mode of overseas student internship in emergency department,the mode still need to be enriched,improved and enhanced constantly.
