CO_2激光治疗男男性接触者肛周及肛管内尖锐湿疣疗效分析

Effect of CO_2-laser in treating MSM patients with perianal and anal condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨CO_2激光治疗男男性接触者肛周及肛管内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:对140例男男性接触者肛周及肛管内尖锐湿疣进行5点法麻醉下CO_2激光治疗,并进行末次治疗后6个月的随访。结果:单纯肛周组83例,第1次治疗后有31例(37.3%)复发,至末次治疗结束后,随访6个月均治愈(100%);单纯肛管组21例,第1次治疗后有13例(61.9%)复发,6个月后有1例复发,治愈率95.2%;肛周+肛管组36例,第1次治疗后有24例(66.7%)复发,6个月后有3例复发,治愈率91.7%。创面愈合期为2~6周,所有患者均有暂时性疼痛、肛门狭窄、排便困难,一般在2~3个月中解除,功能完全恢复。结论:CO_2激光治疗男男性接触者肛周及肛管内尖锐湿疣疗效可靠,不良反应少。

Objectives： To explore the efficacy of CO2- laser in the treatment of perianal and anal condyloma acuminatum for men who have sex with men（ MSM）. Methods： 140 MSM patients with condyloma acuminatum in perianal and anal were enrolled,treated with CO2- laser after local anaesthesia on five points,and followed up for six months or more after the last treatment. Results： Among the 83 patients with perianal condyloma acuminate,31 patients（ 37. 3%） recrudesced after first cured,and healed in the six months＇ follow- up（ 100%）. For 21 patients with anal condyloma acuminate 13 patients（ 61. 9%） recrudesced after first cured,1 patient recrudesced after 6 months,cured ration of 95. 2%. For 36 patients with perianal and anal condyloma acuminatum,24 patients（ 66. 7%） recrudesced after first cured,3 patients recrudesced after 6 months,cured ration of 91. 7%. The wounds healed up in 2 to 6 weeks. The complications included temporary postoperative pain,stenosis of anus and dysporia,which generally recovered in 2- 3 months. Conclusion： The treatment effect of CO2- laser for MSM patients with condyloma acuminatum in perianal anal is credible with less side effects.
