我国省域低碳经济发展评价及建议——基于因子分析法

Evaluation and Suggestion of Development of Provincial Low-carbon Economy in China

中国经济增速目前正处于"换挡"的阶段,新常态概念的提出,中国低碳经济的发展愈加得到重视,变传统的粗放经济为节能低碳的发展模式更为迫切。通过因子分析法分析2013年各省域低碳经济发展情况,构建碳排放评价体系。研究发现,低碳经济的发展水平大致是与经济发展水平相对应的,东部地区低碳经济发展水平较高,北京、天津等居于前列,而中西部地区水平偏低。根据因子分析的结果提出促进我国低碳经济发展的可行性建议。

China＇s economic growth rate is in the shifting stage now,Chinese low-carbon economy has been increasingly valued with the propose of new normal concept,It＇s more urgent to change the traditional extensive mode of economic development into low-carbon energy.Low-carbon economy in my country has come out only a few years ago,so the passage is about to evaluate their level of economic development of low-carbon in 2013 on the basic of 30 province through factor analysis.On the whole：the low-carbon economy development level is coincidence with the economy level,in eastern region is the highest,and then put forward feasible suggestions to promote the development of low-carbon economy.
