地方高校土木工程人才培养中的关键问题探讨

Key Issues of Civil Engineering Talents Training in Local College

现今许多地方高校都面临着人才培养质量下滑和人才技能不能满足企业需求等问题,为了保证所培养人才的质量,并缩小人才技能与企业需求之间的鸿沟,以华北理工大学的土木工程专业为例,从培养目标、师资队伍、实践课程、学生学习动机这四个方面阐述了土木工程专业人才培养中所面临的问题。并针对这些问题给出了一些建议,提出了新环境下复合应用型人才培养模式并为土木工程专业的人才培养方案制订提供一些参考。

Nowadays,many local colleges and universities are faced with the decline in the talent training quality and the skills of their graduates could not meet the needs of enterprises etc..In order to ensure the talents quality,and narrowing the gap between the obtained skills and the needs of enterprises,this research set the civil engineering colleges in North China University of Science and Technology as an example.It states the civil engineering talent training problems in four aspects：the training objectives,teaching staff,practice courses and students＇ learning motivation.Furthermore,some suggestions are put forward,which may provide references for the development of the talents training program of Civil Engineering Specialty for further researches.
