摘要
护理实验课教学是培养护理学生临床实践能力的一个重要教学环节,是连接理论与实践的桥梁,不仅可以使学生更加深刻的理解课堂内容,巩固已学到的理论知识,还能够培养学生实践、动手操作的能力。通过在教师-教学管理教师-学生之间建立"教学双向反馈机制"进行及时的信息反馈和实时调控,增强师生交互性,既能促使任课教师不断改进、调整教学方法、因材施教,又能提高学生对护理实验课的兴趣和学生学习的效果,有助于增强护理专业学生的实践动手能力,提高实验教学质量。
Nursing experimental teaching is an important teaching link to cultivate clinical practice ability of nursing students,is a bridge connecting theory and practice.It can not only make the students understand the content of the classroom more deeply,to consolidate the theoretical knowledge learned,but also can cultivate students' practice and hands-on ability.Through the establishment of "teaching two-way feedback mechanism" between teacher-teaching management teachers and students,timely information feedback and real-time control can enhance the interaction between teachers and students,which can encourage the teachers to improve and adjust their teaching methods,to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.It can improve the students' interest and learning effect in nursing experiment course.It is helpful to enhance the practical ability of nursing students and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
