青龙煤矿钻孔密集区域顺层抽放孔内煤层氧化处理研究

摘要 青龙煤矿顺层钻孔抽放过程中,由于抽放半径小,钻孔密度大,在钻孔密集区域造成抽放孔内煤层氧化自燃,影响抽放效果,威胁矿井安全生产。本文针对顺层抽放钻孔内有大量空气、存在煤屑且钻孔内部具有良好的储热条件,采用降温、断氧、降压的措施,有效控制了钻孔内煤层氧化自燃的情况,抽放效果显著提高,为煤矿安全生产提供了保障。 The bedding QINGLONG coal mine drainage in the process of drilling, due to the small drainage radius, borehole density is big, in the dense regions of borehole drainage hole oxidized spontaneous combustion of coal seam, influence drainage effect, threat to the mine safety production. Bedding, the author of this paper contains a large number of air drainage borehole, cinder and drilling inside have good reservoir conditions, the cooling and oxygen, antihypertensive measures, effectively control the oxidation of coal seam spontaneous combustion in the borehole drilled in the situation, drainage effect is significantly improved, has provided the safeguard for the coal mine safety production.
