新型超支化聚酯型破乳剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 以自制的超支化聚酯为核,运用聚醚的单马来酸酯对其末端羟基进行酯化封端改性,得到新型超支化聚酯型破乳剂;制备破乳剂DP的较佳工艺条件为:n(中间体氨基):n(聚醚的单马来酸酯)=1:1,反应温度为60℃~70℃,反应时间为1 h。以大庆油田某厂原油作为测试油样,采用传统瓶试法对自制新型超支化聚酯型破乳剂进行破乳性能评价。考察了破乳剂加量、破乳温度对破乳剂破乳性能的影响。实验结果表明,改性后的破乳剂比破乳剂SP-169具有更好的破乳性能;应用红外光谱对破乳剂DP进行了红外结构表征。结果表明,新型破乳剂结构与预期结构相符。 A new type of hyperbranched polyester demulsifier DP was prepared through hy droxy-terminated esterification reaction of a polyether mono maleate using homemade hyperbranched polyester as core. The conditions of demulsifier DP were as follows,reaction temperature 60 ℃~70 ℃,the molar ratio of intermediate and polyether mono maleate is 1:1.The demulsification of crude oil from the Daqing oilfield was explored by three kinds of different demulsificrs(polyether demulsifier,SP-169,demulsifier DP)with a traditional bottle test.The influences of demulsifier dosage and dehydration temperature of the demulsificrson demulsi fication properties were discussed in detail.Experimental results show that the demulsifier DP was much better either than the performance of SP-169 and polyether demulsifier.The struc ture of HBP,intermediate and demulsifier DP were characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy.The results show that the structure of the demulsifier DP is consistent with the prospective structure.
