离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-及SO4^2-含量的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究离子色谱法对生活饮用水中F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-和SO4^2-的含量测定。方法:从取样量、检测时间、加标回收率、精密度和最低检出限等5个方面比较离子色谱法与传统化学法测定生活饮用水中F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-和SO4^2-4种阴离子的效果。结果:离子色谱法测定4种阴离子的检测时间比较短,取样量也较少,加标回收率与精密度、准确度均显著优于传统化学法(P〈0.05),最低检出限显著小于传统化学法(P〈0.05)。结论:离子色谱法不但能够同时检测出多种阴离子,且其加标回收率、准确度、精密度、最低检出限等均明显优于传统化学法,是实验室同时检测多种阴离子的首选方法。 Objective To determine the contents of F^-, Cl^-, NO3^- and SO4^2- in the drinking water by ion chromatography.Methods Ion chromatography and traditional chemical process from the aspects of sampling amount, detection time, recovery of standard addition, precision and detection limit when used to detect the contents of F^-, Cl^-, NO3^- and SO4^2-. Results Ion chromatography had the detection time, sampling amount and detection limit significantly less than those by the traditional chemical process, while the recovery of standard addition and precision better(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ion chromatography behaves better than the traditional chemical process in sampling amount, detection time, recovery of standard addition,precision and detection limit, and can be used as the preferred choice for detecting multi anions simultaneously.
