Design and development of mobile pregnant examination van

目的：设计一款移动孕检车,以解决广大孕产妇产检过程中舟车劳顿、挂号难、等待久的难题。方法 ：从底盘、电源、空调系统、内饰等方面对移动孕检车进行功能设计。将孕检车车厢划分为驾驶区、常规检验区及B超检查室,加装电动产床、四维彩超、胎儿监护仪、心电图机等医疗仪器设备,并配置相应的空调暖风、饮水机、卫生间、洗手池等辅助设施。结果：该移动孕检车功能齐全、设备配套、布局合理,达到了机动性强、快速、周到的服务要求,为孕产妇尤其是高龄孕产妇和行动不便的孕产妇提供了一个人性化的选择,提升了孕产妇的就医效率。结论：该移动孕检车改变了传统产科服务模式,满足了妇幼保健院的应用需求,具有良好的社会效益、经济效益和应用前景。

Objective To design a pregnant inspection van to realize mobile examination of the pregnant woman. Methods The function design of the van was executed from the aspects of chassis, power source, air conditioning system, interior trimming and etc. The van was divided into the areas for driving, conventional examination and B-type ultrasound examination, and equipped with the medical devices of electric obstetric table, 4D color ultrasound machine, fetal monitor,ECG machine and etc, and with the auxiliary facilities such as air-conditioner, water dispenser, toilet, wash basin and etc.Results The van behaved well in function, equipped devices, layout, mobility and service. Conclusion The van changes traditional service mode in the obstetric department and gains high social and economic benefits.
