美军舰艇爆震伤医疗救援模型分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了美军船员医疗救援(human injury&treatment,HIT)模型的作用、内部模块组成以及相应的伤员分类方法。指出了美军HIT模型与传统模型相比具有客观实用、开放性强等优点,提出了我国应借鉴美军在舰艇爆震伤医疗救援方面的相关经验,即在开展舰艇环境下的爆震伤模拟研究过程中,要注重模型的实用性,尽量满足军民两用的需求,坚持以人为本的理念,全面提升我国舰船的卫勤保障能力。 The human injury treatment(HIT) model constructed by the US marine was introduced, including each module inside and relative triage methods of casualties. The advantages of this model were presented, such as the practicability and openness of the model, which should be learned by Chinese army. To develop the model of human injury due to blast attack,it is important to improve its practicability and attach more importance in the dual-use for both military and civilian purposes, and stick to the idea of people oriented, so as the health service ability of Chinese army can be improved.
