目的:探讨协议供货在医院基础医疗设备采购中的应用。方法:对协议供货的概念与现状进行介绍,以医用监护仪、呼吸机、输注泵、超低温冰箱、医用吊塔等9类通用产品实施协议供货为参考,对其在采购方面的步骤与应用进行分析研究。结果:协议供货的应用显著提升了临床需求量大、采购频繁的基础医疗设备的采购效益,提高了采购效率,降低了采购成本与风险。结论:协议供货满足了医院基础医疗设备采购中的要求,可方便灵活地为医院服务。

Objective To apply the agreement supply in the procurement of hospital basic medical equipment. Methods The concept and present situation of the agreement supply were introduced, and the procurement steps were analyzed with medical monitor, respirator, transfusion pump, ultra-low-temperature refrigerator, medical hoist tower and etc as examples.Results Agree ment supply increased the efficiency of basic medical equipment procurement, while decreased the cost and risks. Conclusion Agreement supply fulfills the requirements for hospital basic medical equipment procurement, and facilitates the service for the hospital.
