精益六西格玛在提升医用耗材采购效率中的应用研究

Application of Lean Six Sigma to procurement of medical consumables

目的:探讨精益六西格玛管理方法在提升医用耗材采购效率方面的应用。方法:运用精益六西格玛的DMAICⅡ流程对医用耗材采购进行分环节管理,有针对性地采取措施提高采购效率;并采用SPSS软件,对精益六西格玛管理方法改进前后的耗费时间进行统计对比分析。结果:通过精益六西格玛管理方法改进前后对比,各耗材改进后采购时间(T)明显缩短且更加稳定;通过SPSS统计分析(P<0.05)显示,改进前后采购时间有显著差异,具有统计学意义;通过计算,改进后耗材平均采购时间至多占改进前的61%。结论:运用精益六西格玛管理医用耗材采购流程,可明显地提高医用耗材采购效率。

Objective To explore the application of Lean Six Sigma to the procurement of medical consumables. Methods DMAIC Ⅱ flow of Lean Six Sigma was used for the management of links of medical consumables procurement, and some measures were taken to enhance the efficiency. The time consumed before applying Lean Six Sigma was compared with that after its involvement by SPSS software. Results The time consumed after applying Lean Six Sigma was significantly less than that before its involvement（P〈0.05）, and the former accounted for 61% of the latter at most. Conclusion Lean Six Sigma management can significantly improve the efficiency of medical consumables procurement.
