制造业低碳信息管理创新与信息平台建设研究

【目的/意义】制造业作为《中国制造2025》规划实施主体,其低碳创新发展情况,直接影响着该规划目标的实现程度,因此,制造业的低碳创新是落实实施该规划的重要路径之一,而低碳创新信息平台是实现低碳创新的重要保障。【方法/过程】在阐述低碳创新信息平台是制造业低碳信息管理创新重要构成的基础上,解析在低碳信息管理创新中应通过转变思想、培育人才和完善保障机制等方式搭建起制造业低碳信息管理创新的基础服务平台。【结果/结论】在信息平台的起步发展阶段,政府应从政策激励方面做好制度保障,平台应从服务管理方面做好服务保障,科研院所应从成果转化方面做好创新保障,企业应从市场研究方面做好信息保障。

There-fore, the low carbon innovation of industry is one of the important routes to carry out this project, and the information plat-form of the low carbon innovation is one of the important guarantees ensure true this innovation.【Method/process】This es-say describes the information platform is significant to the low carbon innovation of industry. In low carbon information man-agement innovation, we should build up the basic service platform for manufacturing low carbon information managementinnovation by changing the idea, cultivating talents and improving the security mechanism.【Result/conclusion】In the earlystage of the information platform development, it considers that government needs to ensure the institutional guarantee fromthe parts of incentive policy, the platform needs to ensure the service management, and need to ensure the Scientific Re-search Institute achievement transformation ensure, the enterprise need to complete the information security from the re-search of marketing.
