高校就业信息化建设的问题与对策研究

【目的/意义】加强高校的就业信息化建设,在缓解大学生就业难、促进毕业生顺利就业中具有举足轻重的作用。在当前"互联网+"的时代背景下,高校的就业工作面临着新形势和新挑战,就业信息化建设存在着一些问题和不足。【方法/过程】在准确把握新形势下就业信息化建设的内涵的前提下,通过调研实例明确就业信息化建设存在的信息利用率低,人才技术建设投入不足,信息不畅所致的"信息孤岛"现象等问题,通过建设高效的信息化平台,组建专业的信息化人才队伍,采用云计算构建新图景,建立信息反馈机制等一系列切实可行的措施来畅通就业信息渠道,提升高校就业工作的效率和质量。【结果/结论】这是新形势下高校推进就业信息化建设的有益探索,以推动高校就业信息化更好更快地发展。

【Purpose/significance】Strengthening the construction of informatization plays a decisive role in reducingdifficult employment for university students and promoting their successful employment. In the current era of＂ Internet ＋＂,university employment work faces new situation and challenges as well as some problems and insufficiency duringconstruction of employment inforamatization.【Method/process】Department of university employment should accuratelygrasp the connotation of construction of employment informatization and pinpoint some poroblems during employmentinformation construction,such as low utilization rate of information, insufficient investment in talent technology, the ＂information isolated island＂ phenomenon caused by poor information, and try to take some possilble measures to smooththe employment information channel and improve the efficiency and quality of employment in colleges, such as buildingefficient information platform, setting up a professional information talents, creating a new picture by cloud computing,establishing information feedback mechanism and so on.【Result/conclusion】It is beneficial exploration of construction ofemployment informatization pushed forward by universities under the new situation.
