摘要
介绍SNP标记的概念及特点,论述SNP标记技术在遗传多样性分析、遗传基础分析、重要性状的基因定位、辅助育种与SNP标记开发、品种鉴定等方面的应用,为SNP在玉米分子育种中的利用提供参考。
The definition and characteristics of SNP molecular marker the progress of SNP molecular technolo- gy research in maize were both introduced in this paper. Analysis of genetic diversity, analysis of genetic basis, and the index based research, the application profiles of molecular marker assisted background selection and cultivar identification on the basis of SNP molecular marker were presented. The results provide theoretical and technical support for the development of maize molecular breeding.
