干旱条件下硫对玉米生理特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Sulfur Levels on Physiological Characteristics of Maize under Drought Stress

摘要 以农大108为供试材料,以4个不同含硫量的Hogland营养液为硫素处理,以正常供水和30%PEG6000作为水分处理来模拟干旱胁迫,探究硫在干旱条件下对玉米叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,干旱显著降低苗期玉米叶绿素含量,减少叶片可利用的光能,对PSⅡ反应中心造成损伤,降低叶片光合能力,影响玉米苗期干物质积累。与不施硫相比,干旱下施硫4 mmol/L处理的SPAD值、净光合速率和干物质积累量分别提高39.71%、73.25%和47%。叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ETR、φPSⅡ、q P和Fm分别增大18.71%、21.16%、45.22%、44.34%和19.65%,NPQ降低61.27%,改善了PSⅡ反应中心活性。SOD、POD和CAT酶活性分别提高26.37%、13.95%和82.20%,MDA含量降低48.63%,表明硫可以缓解叶片干旱损伤,施硫浓度在4 mmol/L有较好表现。 ND108 was used as material, four different sulfur content Hogland nutrient solution as sulfur treatment, water treatments with normal water supply and 30% PEG6000 simulated drought. The results showed that, compared with the control, drought significantly reduced the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity, available light that leaf can absorb was reduced, PS Ⅱ center was damaged, which affected the dry matter accumulation. Compared with no sulfur application, 4 mmol/L sulfur application' s SPAD, net photosynthetic rate and dry matter accumulation were increased by 39.71%, 73.25% and 47%. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, ETR, φPS Ⅱ, qP and Fro, were increased by 18.71%, 21.16%, 45.22%, 44.34% and 19.65%, NPQ decreased by 61.27%, and PS Ⅱ reaction center activity was improved. SOD, POD and CAT activities increased by 26.37%, 13.95%, 82.20%, and MDA content decreased by 48.63%. Sulfur could alleviate the drought damage of leaves, sulfur concentration 4 mmol/L had better performance.
