摘要
信任被认为是调节产学研合作关系的有利因素,这种观点明显低估了信任的重要程度。作为社会交换理论的一个核心概念,信任不仅仅是科学家和企业在风险状态下形成合作关系的必要条件,而且是影响创新绩效的关键性因素,因此对信任的概念内涵和作用进行仔细地辨析能够为政府推动产学研合作创新提供有益的启示。在识别产学研合作创新的风险来源的基础上,将产学研信任划分为能力信任、品行信任和善意信任三个维度,揭示了信任克服合作风险以及改善创新绩效的逻辑机理。
Trust is considered simply to be a favorable factor for university - industry collaboration, which may cause the effect of trust to be underestimated. To advance our understanding of why trust is necessary to university - industry collaboration, we suggested that the concept of trust requires clear- boundaries to usefully inform future research. First, the three dimensions of trust are identified as competence, goodwill and benevolence. Second, we discuss systematically the various linkages between the different types of trust and risk in university - industry collaboration. Finally, we argue that trust is unique as a governance mechanism because it not only minimizes transaction costs, but also improves performance.
