摘要
为了对獭兔被毛密度的三种测量方法进行比较,试验选取10只雌雄各半的5~6月龄的獭兔,以背部和体侧部作为取样部位,分别采用直接计数法、毛样重量比例法和毛囊显微计数法三种方法对獭兔被毛密度进行测量,并用直接计数法和毛样重量比例法测量粗毛率,并综合比较和分析三种方法的测量结果是否存在差异。结果表明:獭兔背部的被毛密度,直接计数法测量结果为(20 075±1 127)根/cm^2,毛囊显微计数法测量结果为(19 872±1 490)根/cm^2,二者无显著差异(P>0.05);毛样重量比例法测量结果为(22 048±2 727)根/cm^2,与直接计数法和毛囊显微计数法有显著差异(P<0.05)。獭兔体侧部的被毛密度,直接计数法测量结果为(20 404±1 261)根/cm^2,毛囊显微计数法测量结果为(19 621±1 047)根/cm^2,两者无显著差异(P>0.05);毛样重量比例法测量结果为(22 432±2 769)根/cm^2,与直接计数法和毛囊显微计数法有显著差异(P<0.05)。同时,背部和体侧部的被毛密度由同一种方法测量结果均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对獭兔背部粗毛率的测量,直接计数法和毛样重量比例法的所得结果分别为(3.10±0.42)%和(6.19±1.10)%,有显著差异(P<0.05);体侧部的粗毛率,直接计数法和毛样重量比例法检测结果分别为(3.70±0.66)%和(5.93±0.95)%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。说明三种测量方法得到的结果有一定的差异,推荐使用直接计数法和毛囊显微计数法测量獭兔被毛密度,使用直接计数法测量粗毛率。
To compare three measurement methods for hair coat density of Rex rabbits, five male and five fcmale Rex rabbits were selected at 5 to 6 months of age. The densities of hair coat on the back and body side of the Rex rabbits were measured by the three methods, including direct counting method, weight ratio of hair samples and microscopic counting for hair follicles, respectively, and the measured results were compared and analyzed in order to find their differences. The results showed that the measured results of the densities of hair coat on the back of the Rex rabbits by direct counting method and microscopic counting for hair follicles were (20 075 ± 1 127 )/cm2 and ( 19 872 ± 1 490 )/cm2 , respec- tively, while there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between the two methods ; the measured results of the densities of hair coat on the back of the Rex rabbits by weight ratio of hair samples were (22 048 ± 2 727 )/cm2, but there were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) compare with the other methods. Meanwhile, there were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the measured results of the densities of hair coat on the back and body side of the Rex rabbits by same method. The results of shag percentage on the back of the Rex rabbits measured by direct counting method and weight ratio of hair samples were ( 3.10 ± 0.42) % and ( 6.19 ± 1.10) % , respectively, which displayed a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) between the two methods ; The results of shag percentage on the body side of the Rex rabbits measured by the direct counting method, weight ratio of hair samples and mi- croscopic counting for hair follicles were ( 3.70 ±0.66 ) %, ( 5.93 ± 0.95 ) %, and ( 5.93 ± 0.95 ) %, respectively, which displayed signif- icant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) among the three methods. The results indicate that there are some differences in the measured results using the three methods, therefore, it is recommended to use the methods of direct counting and microscopic counting for hair follicles to measure the hair coat density of Rex rabbits and use direct counting method to measure the shag percentage.
