摘要
为了探究鸡Nrf2蛋白结构功能关系,分析其结合分子的相互作用,探明其生物化学特性,试验利用生物信息学方法预测蛋白结构与功能。结果表明:鸡Nrf2蛋白含有582个氨基酸,不存在信号肽,不属于跨膜蛋白,拥有三个功能区域,蛋白酶分类属于EC 3.6.3.6和EC 1.17.1.4,定位于细胞核与细胞质中。结合配体与功能预测发现鸡Nrf2蛋白在细胞核中可与精氨酸结合发挥抗氧化应激功能,推测鸡Nrf2蛋白以尿素和以精氨酸为配体,这两者间可能存在联系。
To explore the structural and functional relationship of Nrf2 protein and analyze the interaction of its binding molecules and ascertain its biochemical characteristics, bioinformatics method was used to predict the structure and function of the Nrf2 protein. The results showed that Chicken Nrt2 protein contained 582 amino acids and had no signal peptide, and the Nrf2 protein did not belong to the family of transmembrane proteins and had three functional domains. The protease classification belonged to EC 3.6.3.6 and EC 1.17.1.4, which was located in the nu- cleus and cytoplasm. It was found that the chicken Nri2 protein could combine with arginine to exert anti - oxidative stress function in the nucle- us by its binding ligands and functional prediction. It was speculated that there might be a relationship between urea and arginine as chicken Nri2 protein ligand.
