摘要
目的探讨临床药师参与1例患者应用美罗培南后导致严重伪膜性肠炎药物治疗的作用。方法临床药师详细了解患者的症状、体征及各项检查结果,结合病情对药物治疗方案进行分析及建议,并进行药学监护。结果与结论患者抗感染的治疗过程中导致了伪膜性肠炎,药师可以配合医师,积极对症处理,根据病情优化方案,保障用药的安全性及有效性。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists involved in 1 case of meropeneminduced pseudomembranous colitis treatment. Methods Clinical pharmacists understand the symptoms and signs of the patients and the examination results to analysis the case and give recommendations and pharmaceutical care. Results and Conclusion For the patients with pseudomembranous colitis induced by anti-infection treatment,pharmacists can be with the physician to optimize scheme and to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
