Effect of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Separation Policy on Urban Public Hospitals' Operating Efficiency in Shenzhen City

目的探讨医药分开政策对医院经营效益所产生的影响。方法运用对比研究及半结构式访谈法对深圳市6家试点公立医院的经营效益状况进行分析。结果医药分开政策实施后深圳市试点医院收入结构发生变化,但医疗费用上升。结论医药分开政策在一定程度上优化收入结构,但医疗费用过高问题仍然突出,仍需完善补偿机制。

Objective To explore the effect of the medicine and pharmaceutical separation policy on the operating efficiency of hospital. Method The operating efficiency of the 6 pilot public hospitals in Shenzhen City was analyzed by comparative study and semi structural interview. Result After the implementation of the policy, the income structure of the pilot hospitals in Shenzhen City changed, but the medical expenses increased. Conclusion The medical separation policy can optimize the income structure to a certain extent, but the problem of the high cost of medical care is still outstanding, and the compensation mechanism should be improved.
