Policy Thoughts Embodied in the CPC Central Committee's Governance and Construction of Policy Sciences with Chinese Characteristics

本文提出一个关于党中央治国理政政策思想与中国特色政策科学构建的"研究纲领",主要论题包括:党中央治国理政的政策思想体系的形成、基本主题和构成体系;党中央治国理政的政策思想的实践检验、创新经验及其形成的政策实践风格;治国理政的政策思想对马克思主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义政策理论的继承、发展与创新;党中央治国理政的政策思想与中国特色政策科学的构建,即如何以党中央治国理政的政策思想为指导,构建中国特色政策科学的学科体系、理论体系和话语体系。

The article presents a ＂research programme＂ of both the policy thoughts of the CPC central party committee embodied in governance and the construction of policy sciences with Chinese characteristics. The research themes therein are explored in the four aspects： the formative process, basic themes and frameworks of the policy thoughts system of the CPC central party committee embodied in governance;its practical examination, innovative experiences and policy styles drived from practice; its inheritance to, development and innovation of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and the policy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; the construction of both the policy thoughts system of the CPC central party committee embodied in governance and the policy sciences system with Chinese characteristics, namely, building the discipline system, theory system and discourse system of policy sciences with Chinese characteristics guided by the policy thoughts system of the CPC central party committee embodied in governance.
