射流式增氧机创新设计及试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为进一步提升射流式增氧机的动力效率和实践效果,创新设计了新型射流增氧机。为研究在一定工况下该新型增氧机射流器各结构参数与理论动力效率的关系,确定设计指标为理论增氧动力效率Ep,选取与该指标相关的影响因素确定该因素的取值范围进行正交试验。结果表明:各结构参数对增氧动力效率Ep影响程度为喉管-喷嘴面积比影响程度最大,其它4个因素影响相对较小。综合试验结果来看:其参数影响程度的主次顺序也非常明显;研究获取最佳参数组合为m=2.56、n=11.56、k=4、α=40°和β=40°;喉管-喷嘴面积比与吸气室-喷嘴面积比之间交互作用较显著,其显著性程度低于两者各自作用的水平,高于喉管长径比、分流锥头锥角、喉管-支管夹角的独立作用水平。 To further enhance the jet aerator power efficiency and the effectiveness of the practice, the innovative design of the new type of jet aerator; to study under certain conditions the novel jet aerator device the structure parameters and the theory of dynamic efficiency, determine the index design theory of oxygen transfer efficiency, selection and the index related influencing factors determine the range of the factors were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that the degree of the structure parameters influence on the aerodynamic efficiency of the oxygen venturi nozzle area than the de- gree of influence, the other four factors influence is relatively small, comprehensive test results, the impact of the param- eters of the primary and secondary order is very obvious ; research to obtain optimal parameter set as,,, and ; venturi noz- zle area ratio and suction chamber and nozzle area ratio between interaction is significant and the significant level below the level of their role, higher than the throat length to diameter ratio, split the angle of cone, throat - branch angle inde- pendent action level.
