摘要 温室的种植面积逐年扩大,温室内工作人员劳动强度大、作业环境较为恶劣。针对这一特点并结合实际生产需求,为降低工作人员的劳动强度、改善工作人员的作业条件,设计了一种辅助人们在温室内进行绑蔓、摘果作业且可升降的作业车。作业车以蓄电池作为电源,通过液压系统推动剪叉升降平台精确地实现升降功能,并通过小型电机驱动作业车的平稳前进与后退。在研制出作业车样机的基础上,对作业车进行了调试与试验,确定作业车最大运行速度约为0.15m/s,工作平台的正常上升速度为0.11m/s,正常下降速度为0.05m/s,并进行了载人作业平台的振动试验测试。试验结果表明:作业车运行速度与工作平台的升降速度满足设计要求,达到了预期的设计目的,对提升温室机械化作业水平具有重要意义。 The greenhouse area is increasing. The staff in greenhouse bear large labor intensity and bad working environ- ment. To reduce the intensity of workers and to improve working environment, we design a kind of small rail vehicle in- side a greenhouse, which can walk on the orbit in the greenhouse automatically. The paper is on the basis of developed vehicle prototype, easy test has been finished. The vehicle speed is about 0. 15 m/s in the horizontal direction, the working platform of normal rising velocity of 0.11 m/s, normal drop speed 0.05 m/s, and the vibration of manned oper- ation platform is small amplitude. The test results show that the vehicle running and lifting speed meet the design require- ment, which achieve the expected design purpose. The research results make important contributions to improve the mech- anization level of greenhouse.
