TRIZ创新方法在旱地高速移栽技术研究中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 结合旱地高速移栽技术研究课题,针对改善移栽机苗盘输送准确度、提高取苗装置取苗稳定性等关键技术难点,基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的思想和方法,提出苗盘精准输送方案和取、投苗装置结构优化方案,并将新方案运用于2ZBJ-4型悬挂式旱地移栽机样机试制且进行了试验。试验表明:苗盘输送准确度高,运行稳定,取、投苗可靠,取苗效率7 000株/h·单元以上,最高超过10 000株/h·单元,移栽机作业效率60~90株/min·行,平均漏栽率低于3%,栽植合格率大于9 2%,性能优良。通过TRIZ理论在旱地高速移栽机技术研究中的运用,验证了创新方法流程在农业科技项目中应用切实可行。 Basing on the research cuhies, which includes improving of dry-land high-speed transplanter, the the accuracy of seedling tray transmission lings. The optimized scheme, including accurate transmission of paper aimed to solve the key technical diffi- and increasing the stability of fetching seed- seedling tray and the structure of fetching seedling de- vice, has been proposed with the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ). Applied the new ideas on the prototype of 2ZBJ-4 suspended dry-land transplanter and the trail was carried out. It showed that the transmission accuracy of seed- ling tray is higher, and the performance of fetching seedling is stable, working efficiency is about 60-90 plant/ ( min ·row) , the mean leakage rate of plant is below 3% , and the planting percent of pass is greater than 92% , while the effi- ciency of fetching seedling is more than 7000 plant/ (hour · unit), even more than 10000 plant/ (hour· unit) as the quality of seedlings is good . The process of innovation applied in agricultural technology plan is practical and feasible, which has been verified by the TRIZ in the application of dry-land high-speed transplanting research.
