截至2015年,山东省拥有公益性农业科研机构61所,建成国家级科研平台109个、省级科研平台105个。＂十二五＂期间,山东省共取得省部级以上农业科技成果209项,农业科技进步贡献率达到61.8%,比＂十一五＂末提高了5.8个百分点。山东省农业厅科技处相关负责人在接受采访时这样说道：＂谈起山东农业科技方面,我想这样说,山东在全国来讲首先是一个农业大省,能达到这个水平,那么论农业科技水平,山东也必然走在全国前列。＂科研机构提供海量技术成果从百度新闻当中搜索＂山东、农业、科技＂几个关键词,会查询到1 32万条左右的新闻。
According to incomplete statistics,Shandong agricultural research and teaching units and key agricultural enterprises have established68 national agricultural science and technology innovation and service platforms,of which there are23 national research and development platforms,13 pilot bases,32 service platforms,and about 200 various types of provincial agricultural scientific research service platforms.Enterprises also have national and provincial platforms,which respectively account for 25%and 16%of the total. 'Agricultural modernization is the key to agriculture,and scientific and technological progress is the key to agricultural modernization.We must pay more attention to and rely more on agricultural scientific and technological progress than at any other time,and take the road of connotative development.Contradictions and problems are the guidance of scientific and technological innovation.We should timely adjust the agricultural technological progress route,strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology personnel,and train new professional farmers.' President Xi Jinping said when he held a forum in Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences on November 28,2013.After three years,with the continuous deepening of agricultural science and technology,Shandong can be proud to say that Shandong is in the forefront of scientific and technological agriculture.
